Re: sp2 speedo cluster

Vibrations tend to shake electrical connections loose on the RC, even cut wires in some bikes, check your connections. It must be all be fed through the ECU on the SP2 but you may also want to check the connection on the temp sensor that feeds into the ECU which is critical to how the bike runs or turning the fans on if it overheats. I doubt it is the cluster itself, it must be wiring related. Search and read all threads with wiring problems.

I had this same problem. Took off the front fairing, disconnected the digital display and cleaned up the connections. Reconnected and everything is good.
