 | engine swap? I was wondering if an rc51 engine will bolt into a super hawk? my buddy just had some guy in a minivan(what else) pull a u-turn with out looking in front of him... wrote off the rc but he has a super hawk sitting around that is not running right. He wanted to find out if they could do a swap before the insurance company gets there? I thought that it would make a pretty cool sleeper, but no one around here knows if it can be done? just thought that I would throw it out there... | |

| Re: engine swap? Don't think so as the frames are different. Motor's are similar (I have both bikes in my garage  ) but that's about it. |

| Re: engine swap? You would be best selling the VTR & buying a RC51! The time, cost and effort would out weigh any benifit ... plus when you go to sell it, it will still only be a VTR. |
