| Superbike bars on a Superhawk? Did a search but I didn't find anything. Anyone here put superbike bars on a Super Hawk? I'm lookin for the "cheap alternative" to heli bars and such. Seems kinda dead in here. | |

I put 929/954 triples on my VFR when I did the RC51 front end swap. It worked great since I had clip-ons on top of the triple. But, I've recently switch to superbike bars and I'm using the RC51 SP1 top triple since it provides a nicer mounting surface for the bar-mounts. | |

| Re: Superbike bars on a Superhawk? Honestly, after 1700 miles now since I posted this I think I'm staying with the stock clip ons. They really aren't to bad, I just had to adjust myself to find a comfortable position and now that I have I don't really feel the bars are necassary. I'm sure that'll change some day when I'm bored. Who knows. Thanks for the suggestions. |
