Need some help w/my 1978 Honda GoldWing

I recently purchased a 78 Honda GoldWing my first cruiser huge step up from my 87 Nighthawk 450. I've been trying to figure out what I should adjust the air compression to. I'm about 5'11" 160 lbs, I have it set right now to about 60 lbs, and I'm not sure if I should go lower than that, I noticed when I get up to around 65-70 my back tire feels a little bit loose almost like I have a flat tire, wich I don't. I was wondering if I was even going about this the right way or if there's something else that would be smarter to be adjusting.
