HELLO EVERYONE
HI,
My name is AJ and I am new here. My friend Eric sent me to this site and said that it was an excellent source for all sorts of info on CBR's. I do not currently own one however I am in the process of buying an 05 1000RR. Wich is funny because that is the last bike I thought that I would buy. It's 20 pounds overweight and down on power but of all the bikes I've sat on it just feels the most ......"right". I am having to eat alot of crow with my friends for buying a Honda but that's ok I think it will be worth it after I send it to the gym for a workout and a diet . I started racing Suzuki GSXR's way back in 89 in CA and just built my very own 7/11 gixxer and promptly blew it up....hence the Honda. Haven't raced since 92 but am thinking of starting again but with a wife and 2 kids may not be able to financially swing it. Anyway just wanted to introduce myself and say hello to everyone.

Well compared to alot of the riders I see these days I am old. Anyway I plan on being at Grattan on the 4th. Hopefully to ride at the LED day stt is hosting. We'll have to see if I have the 1000rr by then Like I said I'm still working on it. Thanks to everyone for the warm welcome. See you all at Grattan.
