| Newb sounding off Hey guys, just joined, wanted to introduce myself. I'm in Mesa AZ, moving to Coolidge AZ,
Little history, I raced an 89 600CBR for a couple of years, then got out and decided it was more fun to street race( opps did I say that) anyway I purchased a 92CBR600 and sold it a few years ago. I been in the offroad community now for about 5 years and just sold my rock buggy to get me a house and a new bike. I am waiting until the 06's come out, since I hear Honda is doing something great with the 1kRR. Cait wait to find out.
Hope to ride with some of you. I should have my new 1kRR around OCT. and would like to break it in right. Yarnel used to be to best in AZ, any commit from you zonies. |

But why wait until the '06 is out? They'll just have something better in '07...

| Re: Newb sounding off yea but the 06's are coming out in the next few months not a whole years, there will always be a better version, well most of the time. Plus I have to wait until I close on my house. |

| Re: Newb sounding off what about new engine design with 200 +hp and less weight? thats what I've heard, aside from as you put it "BNG" that they seem to change every year.
and YES I do Wheelie thing. Funny, I learned years ago when I was in HS, on a friends RM250 dirt bike, in his back yard, that had a pool. I first came up to far and walked it into the pool, after fishing it out, which was a PITA, I finally rode it across the yard. I was so happy until I came down and ran through fence.
We told his parents that someone tried to steal the bike. |

| Re: Newb sounding off just reading around and we all know what kind of misinformation you get from the internet, not that i believed it, just putting what I read in hopes that is may be right. I guess we will all know in the next month or so. According to the belivable rumors, it may be closer to the 200hp mark with less weight and new colors. After all they have been racing the 1kRR with 200hp, so why not bring it to the street. |

With MotoGP cutting displacement, IMHO the reign of the literbikes will soon be over and more focused on smaller displacement bikes. |
