| saying hello! First of all I would like to say hello to Fireblades web site, I have recently purchased a 05 1000rr red and must say this is one bad ass balanced machine- I have owned approx. 22 motorcycles over my 49 years of life everything from Norton 750 commandos-to Harley sporster Bonnevilles to a 70 Honda 750k. Also 1/3 have been dirt bikes from Bultacos to CR500S recently A 02 cr250 which I share with my son.I have also tried the cruiser thing and bought a VTX1800 NEO SPEC 3, lots of fun for a cruiser but missed the sport bike purity so back to the CBR, I live in northern calif sierra foothills which gives me lots of chances to enjoy this motorcycle. As usual Honda has figured out balance and quality are the key to a trully great machine. So far the only changes to bike has been synthetic oil, and ordered from luggaglocker tank bag and rear seat bag, which should be here soon.I will be following this site learning and adding when I can. |
