| Hi All from Canberra (Australia) Have signed up for my first Honda today (and will pick it up on Tuesday) - '03 CBR 954 RR Fireblade (happy happy joy joy!) It's my first move into a Honda, have had Kwaka's and a Suzuki GSX750R , and even a Harley (what a tank!), but this is my firt time back into riding for about 2 1/2 years, and my test ride sold me.
I think I attached a photo (but I'm not sure), but glad to part of your group.
Ciao

Ease back into riding after that kind of break.....did the same thing myself and took me quite a while to get back into a position where I was happy with my riding. |

| Re: Hi All from Canberra (Australia) Hi Matt (and others),
Thanks for the welcome - great to see replies from Melbourne. I can't wait to start hiting the open road, and doing some of those slightly longer trips.
You're right of course, it'll take a while to get into the flow. In fact, I had my heart set on a Hayabusa, but I took a GSX1000R out for a run before the blade, and had a heart attack! That thing was scarry, but altough the Blade had a heap of power as well, it just felt a lot more stable. It definitely won my vote (although I'd still like a Busa.)
