Just found this site on the net, and have only owned my 00 CBR929 for a week. when i started riding it i got pulled over within 8 minutes,for a plate not visible warning,now comming home on friday it just quit on the freeway,i havent even had time to pick up a manual

That sounds pretty rough.

I've gotten pulled over coming from the dealer, and he said, "Basically, because you were riding a motorcycle and it looked fast." /endquote

2000 929? Change the spark plugs, those thinsg cause the bike to stop working all the sudden when they go bad.
