Re: 1KRR Brakes

Why? What problems are you having? Have you done any other modifications to the brakes?

Re: 1KRR Brakes

I've got -2 Galfer SS brake lines. Now tne brakes seem to be wearing a little faster and it's got the usual slow speed brake vibration in the lever from rotor lateral runout deviation. So now it's about time to replace the rotors anyway. I just am not sure if she'll stop a little faster like the old 954 with larger rotors.

Re: 1KRR Brakes

Will the '06 brakes mount directly up to an '04? Maybe, use the '06 spacers to get enough clearance to use '06 rotors or are the fork brackets different, too?

Re: 1KRR Brakes

A Brembo master cylinder will probably go much farther than larger rotors. With larger rotors you're increasing your rotating mass.
