| New Guy already have a question? Hello everyone, I just bought my first 929 fireblade japanese spec's since I'm currently in Japan and I think I might have a little overheating problem. What do I look at first and second and so on to correct this situation.
Thanks
Tim

Bummer about the overheating problem... Fwiw, you'll probably get more answers to your question if you post it seperately with a descriptive title...

| Re: 2000 929 overheating problem What temp did it get up to? Cruising around at in town speeds can easily get it up to 220. Did the fan come on? |

Been to okinawa, you are a brave man for riding on those streets?
Just don't stare at those "construction caution" lights too long. Mesmorizing..... |

I didn't realize that, I guess knowing is half the battle. I wish I had an owners manual but I guess you guy's will have to do for now. I really appreciate the helpfull tips and pointers.

| Re: 2000 929 overheating problem That is 220F, not 220C. However, 107C would be right around the same temp anyway, and right about where your fan should kick on. |
