Your riding experience will have everything to do with choosing from that list, and what your interests in riding are.
For instance, if you have limited riding experience you will be infinitely quicker at the start on the F4i, and for a few years until you start hitting trackdays regularly. If you plan on buying a newer 600 or just a different bike in 3-4 years, I would say you can't go wrong with an F4i - they're bulletproof, faster than rotella leaking from my '83 Chevy Suburban, and will flatter your skills.
If you have been riding a decade, well just remember there are no BAD bikes since about 2002 (IMHO) just bad owners. Make sure you weigh the history of the bikes and the mechanical condition.
From someone who's bought a lot of used bikes, the closer to stock it is, the better off you are for many reasons.
