Another Newbie on board
Hello all,

I figured this place existed, although this is my first time here.

I'm Griffin (last name), or GriffXX on several other forums. I sold my Blackbird (huge mstake) and am about to pull the trigger on a 954. I'm close on one, but I have a feeling it is going to fail now we're at the last minute. Too many "new information" items coming up. My other ride is an '06 Wing for when the wifey want to go out riding.

Anyhow, I'm sold on the 954. There happens to be a lot of 954 fans on the main CBR1100XX forum. The 'wisdom' over there has been encouraging my prospective purchase.

Well, I'm in my 'research' phase right now, but I am sure I will get in to the swing of the main board shortly.

Thanks for all the "Welcomes".

Well, I pulled the trigger. I pick up an '03 954 next Thursday, and then run it 840 miles home. That should break her in to her new owner!

Time to start hanging around here to get to know all the little nuances about the 54.

I wish. Virginia is a beautiful state, but my area doesn't have too many twisties. Although compared to Chicago (where I moved from a few years ago), Chesterfield looks like the Dragon.
