| New boy on the block! Just to let you all know I am happy to be a part of the 929RR blades.I am a new member and I all ready need your help.I am setting up my blade with some clip ons , Vortex hits all over the reg plastic so what would be the option? I want a race stance, its not for touring , I have vortex rear sets micron full race system PPC3, Quick shifter and elka racing shocks and more..If you all can guide me with something that I am sure will fit with only little adjustments. I can't wait to get a picture to show you my baby!
Maybe with the new clip ons? |

the only experience with aftermarket clipons Ihave are the Helibars on my bike right now. I didn't install them but they fit pretty good. the starter button comes very close (might actually barely touch) to the tank when the steering is at full stop.

I have Convertibars on my 929. They are very adjustable but they may not be what you want, expensive too. ConvertiBARS |

Maybe with the new clip ons? | I had Woodcraft clipons on mine and it took about a week of adjusting to get everything to sit right without hitting something. The clipons themselves didn't hit plastic but at some point during that week, pretty much everything attached to the clipons did.

| Re: New boy on the block! Thanks for all the .I would like to say that I am still a little as to the problem of these clip ons.The clip ons are for the track but I do not want to use race panels so the reg plastics are to stay.We put them (Vortex)on at the shop ,no go, but out here in Canada we don't have the excellent choice as my brothers in the .So if I order some bars they will not be sent back. Does anyone have some clip ons for the 929 that are a sure thing because so far I am in the dark as to what to order , and price is not a factor. |
