What is the first mod recommended for a cbr 954

| What is the first mod recommended for a cbr 954 hey all, just wondered what i should consider in the way of upgrading my '54, any suggestions are welcome! |

have you ever heard of a guy named Nick Ienatsch, er somethin sorta spelled like that?
Anyway, the dealer showed me a pic of him in a racing mag, the bike was his, and it had about 5100 miles on it-runs great so far.

coming from him those miles were probably hard miles but I bet the bike has been meticulously maintainted. good purchase.
first mod is of course MILES. do as many as you can and have fun.
