| need help Hi all. I have some headlight probs with my 929. with no warning my headlight will go dull all the blinkers come on and dash lights go out. can anyone please help me with. cheers diggdogg  | |

 | Re: need help I don't claim to be an electrician, but I would check all the wires.. I had something similar happen to one of mine, and I had a wire (signal) that had insulation worn and grounding itself out. Check front and rear. Also do a continuity test on them....disconnect them and put a multimeter on each set for continuity test. If you don't get a reading, that's good. If you do, then it's grounding out somewhere. Hope this helps, at least a start. Maybe someone else has a better idea...like I said, I'm not an electrician, I just mess with small electrical stuff. Good luck, and welcome! |

I had an exchange student from Australia live with me for 6 months. Always wanted to go there someday to see Ayer's (sp?) Rock, from her pics....maybe someday. Good luck! |

| Re: need help LOL ..if you are directing that to Hammer, the "It's amazing how stupid some people can be" isn't directed at you, it is part of his sig which is at the bottom of each of his posts.. I would also think that your problem is related to a short somewhere, which is why it shows up intermittantly.. |
