| Hello from Canada! Hello All! I'm soon to be a proud owner of a nice 'blubird'. 99 1100XX with 15000km. Full Erion Cam/pipes, full Ohlins front and rear and several other goodies. Been a sport tourer for many years, previous mounts were a sweet 90 VFR750 with 80,000km before a VW ate it for breakfast. Had a 96 GPZ1100 for a few years but just didn't thrill me like the VFR did. Been without a tourer for a few years; been putting around town on a cool little 89 Honda Hawk GT (vtwin 650). It's fun, but I'm getting the travel itch again. Just saying hello! Anyone with Blackbird tips/tricks or whatever feel free to respond. I'm curious if any sort of gremlins like the VFR voltage regulator thing plague the XX's. Anyhow, cheers to the forum members. Hope I can help someone out at some point. | |
