throttle question

throttle question

I was told that the spring to the throttle grip needs to be changed its not smooth...it seem a but hard....is this something you can do or is it a job for a mechanic ?

Its not that hard. I say try it for yourself, if you hit complications, make sure that you have all of the parts, and then take it to a good mech. Saves you a little time and money with him not having to pull it apart and all.
