Very nice bike. Damn I envy that colour scheme, black frame etc...
Looks like you have an "all honda" household.

Re: New here, just got an Erion

Just noticed your "old" bike was a 600RR?
How does it compare to the 929RR? Or have not even had a chance to ride the 929? Still pretty cold here also.

Ive got a couple hundred miles on the 929. The powerband is so much better and useable than the 600rr. The 600rr basically had an on/off switch at 8k rpms and i really didnt care for it on the street. (twisties were GREAT though). The 929 is just so much more enjoyable you can actually move through/with traffic without revving the piss out of it and making a lot of noise. The torque is great.

I cant really speak to the handling because it hasnt really been warm enough to ride hard and theres still dirt/sand on some of the roads. The 929 does feel heavier Im sure itll take me some getting used to.

I've got the Erion as well and LOVE it. Now if this damn Indiana weather would only get better I'd be a much happier person. Near 80 yesterday, today highs in the 30's! What the fu-hell is THAT about?

Re: New here, just got an Erion

Excellent, that was the response I was hoping for.
I am aware the 929 is much larger than the 600RR, but that suits me just fine, I am not a small rider.
The more I ride the 929RR, the more I like it, absolutely awesome. For once, I am not lusting after another bike.
Thanks.

OH yeah, and welcome. Bike looks nice but I think I like the front of the 600 better (I like the two headlights instead of just one look)
