Feeling noob! Hi all, looks like I'll be buying a 2000 929 tomorrow, if it runs ok. I have ridden about 12 or 15 different bikes on factory test rides and when friends let me ride. So far the RC51 and 929 were my favorites. I always feel real nervous before I ride cause I only ride once or twice a year, but once I get on and start riding everything is ok. Last time I had my 73 T500 on the road was 17 years ago.

Re: Feeling noob! OK did the test drive and everything seems good. Front wheel will lift rolling on in 2nd. Got the dyno sheet from the previous owner it made 134 hp. Just have to wait for the dealer to change the steering head bearings for the safety inspection and then whee!

Re: Feeling noob! Ok I'm trying to post some pictures but have no clue what I'm doing. I have uploaded 2 and we'll see if I can get them to show up with this post. Picked up the bike yesterday afternoon and so far have driven about 140km. It really flies, I'm glad I got the 929 and not a 600.
