Hi Gang,

I've been away for a while. Been working my ass off for the man with not much to show for it except a heart attack a month before my 40th birthday . It's been almost a year since that happened and I'm very lucky to recovered as well as I have. Still gotta take various meds and visit the doc regularly but I'm feeling way better than I have in YEARS.

The cause? Work related stress. So I'm getting my priorities straight finally. I'm now working to finance things I enjoy, like riding my neglected 954. I just got it back from Hypercycle in L.A. and its got a cleaned out tank, new fuel pump, fresh tires, dyno'd power commander, steering damper, brake lines, and water wetter in the radiator.

Now waiting for room on the credit card for track day leathers. Tried riding the bike on the street and had a really hard time not being a hooligan. So its track days only from now on. Lost 30+ pounds so far and need to lose another 30 more. So thinking about getting a Joe Rocket Speedmaster 5.0 one piece or a custom kevlar GP1 suit from Motoport/Cycleport.
