I have been coming in every now and then for almost a year and haven't posted anything - and the D___ website keeps nagging me about it. So, Hi, already... name's Joseph, 1999 VFR, pretty stock, highboy Micron, K&N, fender elim. from CompWerkes (PITB), currently running Qualifiers and pretty happy about it - nice rain tire. I ride year round, which means, right now, 25 deg. F. and 70 miles per hour on my commute (40 miles each way); so winter gear is a serious interest of mine.

I am interested in talking to anyone who has ever tracked a 98-01 VFR, because I am beginning to despair of ever having the time to finish the RZ sitting in my basement. Hope to begin my track career this spring, and already have a full set of spare bodywork for the VFR. I know it is slow and heavy, relatively, but it's also really balanced and forgiving, which strikes me as not a bad way to start at the track. Any insights?
