hello from croatia

Hi everybody, dedamarac greets you all from cold Croatia, it's snowing over here, no riding bikes thes days. My name is Marko, I'm vet by profession,biker in heart, unfortunately riding no motorbike, only bycycle

, as spring comes I'll probably buy Suzuki GSX-R 600, few years old...These is my first time as member of bike forum outside of Croatia. I expect to have a lot of fun with you people, and maybe get some contacts which could be usefull one day when touring...If anybody needs information about Croatia, croatian bikers, roads blah blah...don't hesitate to ask!! I certainly won't hesitate to ask any of you info I need, hehe...

What part of Croatia are you from. My people are from Sari Struga, next to the Neretva.

I'm from Zagreb, capital of Croatia on Sava river, northwest part of Croatia, Neretva is on south...

Your people? Ancestors or friends?

Current cousins and ancestors. I also have family in Opusan and Livno. I haven't been back since before the war.

Well, war was over more than 10 years ago, what are you waiting?? hehe, we have new great roads for you to ride....Come during summer and you won't regret. I see your roots are from Hercegovina, nice region, close to seaside...do you speak any croatian?? Opusan, hmmm... Did you mean Opuzen maybe?

Yes Opuzen. I have cousins in Hercegovina but I am Dalmation.
