| Moved to the dark side! Hey everyone,
My name is Dwight and i live in McKinney Texas. I've been riding a cruiser for the past 3 years and decided the adrenaline rush just wasnt good enuff on my Mean Streak 1600. So............i found a CR51 2002 w/less than 5000 miles on it and traded. Traded my bike for it and have never had as much fun riding as i do know. Of course all my cruiser buddies are anti crotch rockets, but the way i see it im a former Marine of 12 years and fought for the freedom we all share today so if i want to ride a Moped i will.
Never expected to be discriminated against just for the bike i ride but all my buddies refuse to ride w/me now. There moto is if it aint a cruiser it aint a bike, well in response to them, watch me blow by and talk bout me in the past tense lol. I just ordered personal license plates that read BLU BY U!, they should really like that one lmao. |

| Re: Moved to the dark side! Second thing i bought was riding gear, i grew up on crotch rockets and went to a cruiser cause i got a great deal on it. My job prevents me from putting in the riding time i use to but i do ride it back and forth to work and save a ass load of time not ever being stuck in traffic lol. The motorcycle aint dangerous its the loose nut on the handle bars runnin it that makes it dangerous. pics commin soon, im 50 lol i grew tall just never up so the bike fits me perfect. lol |

| Re: Moved to the dark side! your not alone there i have a harley and love it as much as my cbr 954, but it sucks when im riding and i dont get the friendly waves just because of the bike i happen to be on at the time. it dosent matter what you ride if your a biker your a biker. ive been riding 28 yrs and have ridden all kinds. enjoy your bike and anybody who dosent like it can stay home and keep there waves to themselves. semper fi. thank you. |
