| Re: new here Nice bike! But, "wisened up" and took the mirrors off? Dude, on the street you really want to be able to check your six. If you want to take the mirrors off and ride fast, join one of the local trackday organizations. Just my 2 cents. |

| Re: new here To participate in a trackday, you'll need to join one of the trackday organizations. There's three main ones in our area:
Northeast Sportbike Association (NESBA) NESBA : Northeast Sports Bike Association
Team Promotion (TPM) www.teampromotion.com
Sportbike Track Time (STT) Sportbike Track Time - Get on the right track !! Toll Free #888-390-4020
All three offer instruction to new track riders at no extra charge. They all have days at various tracks. All have their pros and cons, it's just a matter of which one you prefer. They all have days at Pocono, so the best thing to do is check their schedules and go up to the track and observe for the day. |
