Hello From San Francisco, CA

Hello All,

I am new to the site and have owned my Silver and Black 2008 CBR1000RR since 3/25. As of my ride today I have a little over 900 miles on it already. To say I love this bike would be a major understatement. My previous bike was a 2003 CBR600F4i that I rode for 30,000 miles. I live in the San Francisco/Bay Area which is an incredible place to ride and explore. The bike scene is alive and well here with a lot of diversity in terms of the bikes people ride.
Anyhow, I look forward to many years of talking bikes with all of you.

did you have your bike on 19th ave on thursday afternoon? i saw a guy on a bike just like yours on the side of the road.

Welcome to the board. Now then, tell us of some good routes around in your area. I've got a few buddies and we've been spending hours just scouring California on Google Maps for good roads. Let us know where you like to ride so we can check it out too!
