| I'm new and I can't send a PM - Why? This is a setting we have in our system to reduce "spam messages" being sent to members by people who sign up thinking they are going to make a killing selling ipods & Nike shoes to forum members. Nobody likes it so we have a "cooling off" period for new members just to be on the safe side.
