i have cbr 954 2002 do you have to have a stand to change your own oil and whats the best synthetic oil to use for it?

there is no best.. do a search on here.. there are about nine million threads on oil... personally i use repsol fully synth.. it's all opinion.. and yes.. you should definitely use a stand to do it to make sure you're getting all the oil out and enough oil in..
