Stumbled across the site and joined. I have an 03' 954 Red/Blk. that I LOVE to ride. I am 50 and have been riding since I was 10. I am a mtn.twistie rider and after all these years I am going to do some track days this year. The bike has an Elka double out back and Traxxion in the forks, stomp Grip on the tank and a Scotts on the neck. I left the exhaust stock as not to draw extra attention to myself as I rip by farms ect. going 25 to 30 over ( thats where I live on this thing in the mts. ). Not much on computers so I don't post pics. I will be around often.

Welcome! Western PA, huh? If you do any trackdays at BeaveRun, perhaps I'll see you there. It's in Big Beaver Borough, a bit west/south (?) of Pittsburgh.

I should be there next Sun. if the weather holds. One of our local Honda shops are doing a track day. Just got back from putting on a new set of Corsa III's so I should be good to go.

Cool, I just put on my first set of Corsa IIIs (had been using Pilot Powers) and I like them a lot. I ride with NESBA, I'll be at BeaveRun on July 19/20 with them.

I may see you there. NESBA has a free intro they do that I am going to sign up for over that weekend. The track is only about 45min. from me so that will most likely be my place to go. Nelson Ledges is just over an hour as well.

45 mins? I'm jealous!

Takes me 6 hours to get there, but it's worth it, one of my favorite tracks! I'll be on a black gixxer, number 75. Look me up. Oh, and you'll love trackdays, so you may as well go ahead and sign up in beginner for the day, 'cause after those first 2 intro sessions, you're not gonna want to leave, LOL! After you do the intro session, you can then sign up for the day if there's room, but their events often sell out.
