Lost Ignition Key

Hi All. I'm a new member from South Africa. I Recently had a little bender with my CBR 954 but when the towing service brought my bike back the key was missing. I've also seen that the key could cost some serious cash. Any suggestions on the way forward would be a great help. Thanks, Cheers

Here in the US a blank key from the dealer only cost about $8. I have blank that I bought for my 929 back in 01 and never used. I discovered the part number is exactly the same for my 05 blade.

lol what good is a blank going to do him? unless that part number references a "skeleton" key for all bikes.

OP: does your bike have HISS?

Yes it does have HISS. What makes me really angry is that it will now cost me +- $2000 - $2500 to get a new Ignition and key. I would rather have been spending the money to repair the body.
