| Re: i cant decide Well my opinion I would go for the 600RR if I had the money. They say it will run with the 1000RR. And on top of that you have to figure that it is a sports bike and the f4i could have 18,165 of ragged out miles on it. Not saying at all that it has been ragged on. Just saying that it is a possability.
But in the end it is your decision and which ever it is, at least your on a bike riding and having fun, and thats all that matters. |

You should be able to find new '08's for that price.

| Re: i cant decide 9K is too much. I would keep looking. You can get a 954 or 929 for 5000-6000 and will be much happier with it. |

| Re: i cant decide That price is too high for either of them. Way to high on the 600RR for sure. They had new '08's for $9k.

| Re: i cant decide Yep. What everyone else is saying.
Someplace was selling brand new 2007 cbr 1000rr's for a little less than 9000 out the door if I remember correctly.
I know local dealers that still have 2007 600rr's brand new . I would think you could get one for 7000 or 7500 out the door if you call around. Make sure you let each dealer know you are shopping around for the best price. For 2 or 3 thousand savings you could search the surrounding states or at least a few hundred miles away from where you live. Believe me, when you tell them that a particular dealer "insert dealer name" will sell you thier leftover 2007 for 7500 or whatever price they quote you on they will try very hard to match that price or get super close.
Bottom line. It's your money and they want to sell the bike just as bad or more than you want to buy one. Make them work for you.
Oh yeah. I have ridden both the bikes you are thinking about buying. The 600rr is 10 times the bike. I would focus on getting that one if you can afford 7 or 8000. |

If yes, I would IMO start on the F4i, but saying that I wouldnt pay that for it.
Have you got all the gear and money for insurance?
