I recently purchased a 08 CBR 1000RR. Previously I was a proud owner of CBR 600. I am from west of IL, close to IA. I am glad to be here.

You'll have much more fun on the 1000.You've got lots of torue and dont need to gear down when passing other cars etc.more pull on uphills and so on,just be carefull not to wind the throttle in first gear like you did the 600,she might just spit you off.
