Vibration help please!!!!!!!

Hi i'm not good at posting questions but i need help i have a cbr 900 rrx which vibrates quite badly above 5000 rpm.I have been told it could be caused by loose engine bolts, worn chain and sprockets, loose bar end weights, i have checked or changed all these as for wheel balance and such like they are as good as they can be changed all wheel bearings and sprocket carrier. the vibtation does seem to be from the engine any way if i get up too vibration speed then pull in the clutch but keep the same revs on the vibration is still there even as i slow down. if anyone has any ideas please post a reply or i will have to sell it and buy a gsxr1000 please save me from that. chris

Re: Vibration help please!!!!!!!

if you are at that speed and let the engine idle(clutch in) is it still there?

what about if you run it to 5000+ while stationary?

Hi charles yes it is still there you can feel it on the footpegs stationary,i have been talking to someone at a track night this evening and he thinks it could be that the engine mounting rubbers have gone hard and need replacing and this to me makes sence as the vibration has gradualy built up if you have any other ideas please let my know thanks chris
