Fair play to you riding out there. Those guys are worse than here in Phuket. I guess the only benefit is you don't get to travel too fast when the nutters decide to U-turn in front of you. Oh, and you get better access to spares, too.
How long you staying/have stayed? Please tell me you're not married out here yet! |

| Re: Hello from Thailand I hear you with the no speed thing. I loved in Germany....it was the first place I'd ever been passed by a car when I was doing 130. It's the only time I wished I was on a Busa...but then I came to my senses |

| Re: Hello from Thailand Yeah, I am married already, with child. But you know how it is here I usually dont ride in the city, too hot and too many idiots, my regular ride is up to Kao Yai or along the coast towards Koh Chang. I have been here 3.5 years and still feel like I am on vacation, gotta love it.
And yeah, the Thai babes are great. They are so small you can throw them on the back of the bike and not even know they are there! |

Now, Okinawa is somewhere I've always wanted to try out. What's cool and where? | 329 and route 2 are great, soooooooo twisty Okinawa, is actually great riding the northern Island is far enough from the mainland tourists to even open up and enjoy yourself a bit. If you ever get this way check out ggok.com it is the Okinawa riders blog site and there are rides every week and even a bike night where we can all go to show off.
Pataya ranks very highly as the most EVIL place I have ever seen...There is even an entry way on walking street Pataya Beach that my friends and I refer to as the archway to Hell. |
