Intro!

Hello I just wanted to introduce myself and say hi to everyone. I just bought my first bike and its a 94 900rr. I love the bike and im just taking my to get to know it. I have had it about one wek and its been fun taking it out and beating the hell out of it. I really wanna make it a quicker cause it just doesnt seem fast enough. The bike has 37k on it but its in great shape, i was wondering if anyone can help me by giving me a few quick tips on what to do to this thing to squeeze a few more ponies out of it? Anywho hello to everyone and i look forward to spending a fair amount of time on here. Josh

Re: Intro!

the usual mods are air filter, end can and dynojet (or equivalent) - they might see a few more horses but nothing too significant. Aftermarket end cans do sound better though. The re-jet is important on most, if not all carbed 900's as they don't seem to take aftermarket air filters or exhausts too well without it.

IMHO after that things start to get expensive, to the point where it'd be cheaper just to buy a faster / more powerful bike in th first place.
