| Hiya from Melb, Australia Hey all
Just a quick hello.
After 3 lapses of my learners permit, I am finally licenced. And also the proud new owner of a 94 Urban tiger. Sweeeet!!!
Just picked her up today. So raw it must be from the 90's but oh so fast. I obviously haven't even started to unlock this bike. Its going to take some time. Attachment 39650
This looks to be a great fireblade forum, looking forward to a chat and hopefully a ride with any others in melbourne.
Cheers
E

| Re: Hiya from Melb, Australia wow wow and wow again!!
I cant get my ass of this thing. I love it!!!
So easy to get into trouble. Too deep into corners especially.
I have been doing a fair bit of slow corner cruising with a fair bit of hard throttle as well. I have to be really careful or this bike is going to give me a bite for sure.
Anyone got any good general cornering tips??
Had a new front tire to run in, which I did yesterday.
Here is my rear. I know i should be able to lean it over some more but the confidence and experience isn't there yet. Attachment 39684

You just take it easy out there
There is hardly anything left on the rear tyre (in regards to the little strip on the edge).
