| Re: 2006 Kawasaki ZX-10R thoughts '05 10 over the '06 - no comparison. That is one ugly friggin bike!
Bloated ass, jacked lines from the side, and not a big fan of the "evil eyes" fairing either.
Loved the ZX-7 (even the one with the vacuum hoses), but I think they got confused and totally missed the mark with this one (ZX-10).
Like the '05 'zook 750 over the '05 1000.
Really don't think the '06 CBR is that bad (right side case looks crap, but would darken in those bolts, so as not to accentuate). Kinda looks like a marriage of the 954 and previous 'thou.
R1 has had it in looks for the last few years. |

| Re: 2006 Kawasaki ZX-10R thoughts I was thinking if you put some ti bolts into the 06 CBR1000 cover that would help with the looks.
But that might be just because the God Titan ium is one of my false idols.

Hadn't seen that. I agree!
It does look like they took a strong cue from Yamaha on the design (swingarm and FJR'ish vents on sides to name a couple).
Beautiful bike though. |

| Re: 2006 Kawasaki ZX-10R thoughts Really nice pics asiliat!
I had to look for something I didn't like on the R6, but besides the "heel-guards" ..... nice.
The Daytona in these pics, now reminds me of what you would get if the R1 bumped uglies with a 999. |

| Re: 2006 Kawasaki ZX-10R thoughts Looks better than the new CBR 1000. I must say I think the orange is the coolest color for 06'. I bet it will be a rediculous monster on the street. It will top all current attempts to break the law the fastest.

| Re: 2006 Kawasaki ZX-10R thoughts I like the 06 1000RR. I think its the best looking of the new bikes. The R1 next but sitting on it the fairing/windscreen look too square.
I'm still not a huge fan of the 05+ GixxerThou but its grown on me some after seeing it in person. The Kawi is getting uglier now that I've seen these pics. The R6 in my opinion looks pretty bad in front. The head lights are too big and I don't like the little point in the air duct. The front of the 675 isn't as good looking as I first thought but the rest still looks awesome.

| Re: 2006 Kawasaki ZX-10R thoughts The 675 is a pretty sweet looking ride...I must admit.....I'd have to see both the new R6 and tthe 675 in person to determine which one I like better......I too think the new R6 wouldn't be much fun to ride on the street, but at the track, it would be awesome! I dunno...I am still undecided about what I want my next ride to be.... |

I've decided there is no one perfect bike for me. So I plan on adding a 600 and a liter bike to the stable |

Danville is only like 45 minutes or so I think from the Blue Ridge Parkway so that would be perfect for the Sprint |
