Exhaust upgrade for 2006 zx10
Whats up all. I am upgrading my exhaust, air filter and I am going to install PCIII.

I wanted to get some installation info. I am going to install everything myself. Everything seems a pretty straight forward install.

The exhaust will be a Akro slip on. Is there any surprises during the installation of the exhaust and the PCIII for 2006 zx10 or is it pretty straight forward.


I have installed exhaust for CBR 900RR but first time on Zx10.

I would greatly appreciate any insights you all can offer. Thanx.

The akro slip ons are very nice. Easy to bolt on. Took like 30 minutes at the most. I didn't do the PCIII, but they are generally easy to install. Sometimes they require removing body parts/tanks... the instructions are available to look at ahead of time on the dynojet website. That would give you some idea what you have to deal with.

Wow!! Exact same color as mine (the bike and pipes). Looks nice hope the performance is there too. I know it sounds good since I havent heard an Akro that doesnt.

Going install the exhaust, BMC filter and PCIII this weekend. If I have time going to have it dynod.
