New ZX-6R

Hmmm...looks pretty nice (except for those ZX-10R style headlights):

Re: New ZX-6R

Looks like Kawasaki and Triumph are throwing down the gauntlet in regard to new models. And 2007 was supposed to be Honda's "Big Year"...

How 'bout the new Concourse 14 w/ ZX-14 motor?

Re: New ZX-6R

Nice looking Kwak. That's the first I'd heard of the 636 being discontinued...that's a bit of a surprise to me; it seemed like a very well-selling bike for Kawasaki.

Re: New ZX-6R

Looks nice but if thy have problems will kawasaki stand behind it and make it right or will they correct the problem half way through production and the first half of the bikes with the problem get fuc*ed like I did on the generator problem .Thats my only problem with it, it makes me gun shy about buying another kawasaki..It does look sweet

It'll be fine for some laps at the track but don't think for a minute that you'll be able to stand it on the street for very long......... unless you are real short & young.

Re: New ZX-6R

In fact, one of the first things mentioned in Kawasaki's media kit is that the chief development rider of the new ZX-6R is a former 125cc GP racer, which Kawasaki claims has resulted in "an all-new 600 capable of cornering speeds previously unknown to the middleweight class".

a 600 that wants to be a 125gp bike
