| Kawi Warranty? There's a long time forum user, good rider on another forum. He has a second gear shift fork problem with his ZX636. He also bought an extended warranty from kawi at the time of his purchase. kawasaki is telling him to go away that they do not want to honor the warranty. The corporation IS telling him this. It was a design flaw. Don't ever waiste your money on a warranty from Kawasaki... it's worthless and you'll be giving your money away. Others with kawasaki are experiencing the same warranty issues.. not all with transmission problems. | |

| Re: Kawi Warranty? I would not be happy with that answer for sure... The company must be in panick mode to say no to any warranty work. Do I smell recall? I know that Kawi collaborated with Suzuki although it was only obscure bikes like the 4stroke 125's and small quads, they each kept thier premium lines seperate. They can't be so broke as to not honor this kind of work can they?   |

| Re: Kawi Warranty? They done this on a 2004 ZX 10. I did not even ask them for warranty work, I just wanted to know if 2005 generator parts would fit the 2004 bike. I had to call Attack Kawasaki Racing to get the answer. The Customer service dept kept saying You will have to go to the dealer and get the parts that are recommended for that bike. |
