| What's your top 10 list of items to barter in hard times? 1. Toilet paper 2. Toilet paper 3. Toilet paper 4. Toilet paper 5. Toilet paper 6. Toilet paper 7. Toilet paper 8. Toilet paper 9. Toilet paper 10. Toilet paper Toilet paper would be one of the most coveted barter items in hard times. Think about it. Mom has been using dried leaves for months and she finds out someone has TP to trade. What do you think daddy's life is going to be like if he doesn't get some? (And he'll pay just about anything to get it.)  | |

| Re: What's your top 10 list of items to barter in hard times? 1: Alcohol - Hard times, lots of people will be looking for escape 2: Gasoline - You still need to ride right? how much will you pay... 3: Snacks - I love snacks, they arnt easy to come by with no extra cash 4: Ice cream - The men start drinking, soon enough the women will start eating this 5: Magazines - With FB controlling the TP market, ill provide another alternative to dry leaves 6: Shoes - Women need them, guys need something to get on their good side after those benders 7: TV seasons - At home and bored? why not remind yourself of good times? (by controlling which seasons i barter with, i can enhance the value of my other goods by depressing people) 8: whatever i can sell on ebay for a buck - people are crazy 9: Accomodations - What is my bed or even couch going to be worth if its in the right location? 10: Music - same as tv seasons  |
