2002 RC51 CLEAN TITLE!!! 1000cc V-twin SUPERBIKE I bought this bike brand new in 2002 so I am the original owner. It had a low MPH high side on cold tires and slick roads in a neighborhood so I made it completely black instead of spending all the money to rebuild it to look stock, I like it better this way personally. Perfect frame and suspension, verified by GMD Computrac in New Haven CT. It has Moriwaki rear sets, Harris Ti slip ons, Carbon Fiber handle bars with Vortex aluminum adjustable clip ons, PC III with custom map. 7,000 miles. Mechanically sound and reliable!!! A few aesthetic flaws bit it gets compliments everywhere it goes! AWESOME BIKE Any information feel free to contact me PRICE IS OR BEST OFFER 972-261-4276 anytime Bike is in Danbury CT 06811 Pics available$5600 OBO

Re: 2002 RC51 Yea, good eye. She was in storage from about spring 2003 until spring 2008, so 5 years. Unfortunately, it was under the "watchful" eye of my brother, who had it in a shed for a while then at his in-laws place. During that period it was basically stripped down to nothing but not very well protected and was often next to lawn equipment or heavy tools.

Re: 2002 RC51 Forgot to mention that it will come with a BRAND NEW set of Dunlop d208 ZRs. Yea, not the qualifiers but still pretty decent. They have never been mounted, so that will have to be done

Re: 2002 RC51 First person with $5000 takes it. I'm lowballing myself because I have to. It really is a great bike if you can get past a few aesthetic flaws

Re: 2002 RC51 The 51, like I am sure many will tell you, was produced to race, so the seating is probably a bit more aggressive than most, IMO. I'm 6'7", freakishly tall, and I still find it comfortable. I am strange like that. Then again, I don't have to hunch over too much to reach the bars. But with the adjustable rear sets and adjustable handle bars, you can tailor it a bit to fit your personal riding style and comfort.
