As you probably know, this is the 1st year of the 1st generation of Interceptor which is the 1st bike honda offered with many advancements in motorcycling: Externel frame, mono-rear shock, water cooled, V-4 87hp engine, boxed swing arm. Under 16,740 miles on her which is extremely low especially since it is water-cooled. Production date 1/1983. New Battery, rebuilt Brakes, lined gas tank, rebuilt Carbs. Bike runs good but keep in mind she has been sitting for 10 years and will need cleaning and tweaking. Sometimes the bike runs mint and sometimes, if I turn the handlebars she cuts out. I move the throttle cables and she is fine. This is NOT electrical, the cables are crossed. If the bike does not sell I will finish the little things but the bike will be $2400.00 by then. Paint is in amazing condition as are the wheels. even the mirrors are original. Needs muffler but I will throw in a set of mufflers from a 1984 Interceptor.
