I'm thinking of selling my latest creation in order to buy a couple track bikes. My thinking is that if get them now then they'll be ready for the spring time track sessions. Should give me a few months to get the setup right. Sooooo....... Here are the details.

2001 Honda RC51 RVT1000R VTwin Superbike with Clean Kentucky Title in hand. Bike has just over 16k miles and runs like the day it was built. This is the bike that Nicky Hayden and Colin Edwards won many professional races on, and is a bike that requires skill to ride at its limit. If you are a beginner or an enthusiast, you'll fall in love after the fisrt 15 minutes. The custom REPSOL plastics aren't a cheap mockup. They are painted, then stickered, and then clear coated over it all so it shines easily with wax and looks great! It has a full twin can Akropovic exhaust, new tires (less than 1k miles), Corbin seat, stainless steel undertail, carbon fiber rear hugger, and Silverstar headlights. I have modded the temp sensor to kick on at 185 degrees instead of 230, which makes the bike much more rider friendly. The running temp is the biggest complaint on this model, and the mod is well worth the effort to change it. The PAIR system has been removed, as well as the flapper valve which improved the way the bike runs as well. All this with a fresh oil change and new engine ice less than a month ago. I'm sacrificing this bike for a $6100 asking price, reasonable offers considered....... No rides without cash in hand. (yes I know the windscreen is missing, I ordered a new one but hasn't arrived yet)
