In that paint scheme, it is the ultimate eye candy for me. Nothing else even comes close, and I'm talking about every bike that has ever come before it. That is my ultimate dream bike, bar none.
I need several more years of raping and pillaging before I can, in good conscience, lay down that kind of money on such a luxury item. |

The Tamburini is my all time favorite...but this one, it really has something and gets close...
Ironically, I think more people dislike it than like it on the MV forum.
They say it looks "Japanese". Whatever. That thing is bad ass. It's also the model that's finished on the podium in World Superstock in the last two races. |

| Re: MV F4 1000 R The more I look at it...the more I agree. The gold on the Tam looks good, but I like the understated look of this one quite a bit. The dark colors on the body/wheels carbon nitrided fork...
Those are the new Brembo wheels BTW, supposed to be lighter than even Marchesinis. |

Didn't know the Brembos were lighter. Damn. |

But a guy on the forum who was choosing between this and a new Senna (which is around $32k) was the one who posted it and claimed a "reliable source"...which probably means a salesguy from Pro Italia.
He chose the Senna BTW, which I don't particularly care for the looks of.
A couple people also pointed out it's a two seater which doesn't really make sense. I do agree with that. I'd be ordering a solo tail, and ditching the passenger pegs pronto.

Sorta agree on the Senna; I like it, but I prefer the standard red/gray over it.
I've been so lost in the overall looks of this one that the rear seat didn't even cause a second thought, but yes, I'd definitely ditch it and the pegs...pronto. |

| Re: MV F4 1000 R For some reason it doesn't do it for me that much. I like the new '06 Aprilias just as much as this MV. Don't get me wrong, it's really nice... just doesn't make me jump out of the seat. |
