| Re: The gun show You have a helluva collection. The only time I ever shot an auto was back in '79 when my father-in-law let me shoot his Ingram MAC M11 with a silencer. He never did tell me where he got it but the Feds showed up at his door one day and took it.

I just installed the TROY rail on the AR I just built and it is sweet. I will post pics of it when I get the chance.... Here's a pic from their website. |

The free-float part is important as well. Tighter and more consistent groups. |

But, I'm pretty sure in TX, a class 3 is relatively easy.
I'm guessing he bought it as surplus to de-link and feed other toys though. | There are several versions you can buy will no license.
Class 3 is federal, so the state really does not matter.
Belted rounds are worth more to collecters, so it is usually cheaper to buy loaded cases. Or load them yourself. It has been two years since I messed with a 50, so belted vs. loaded could have changed.
edit. You have an incredible collection figment. I am jealous.

Yep, I've looked into it, and that was my conclusion.
Half, I've talked about guns for a long time with figment, so I had a pretty good idea what he has those rounds for, and even a guess where he got them. (I think he mentioned a store going out of business sale a while back)

I think you need to move out of the neighborhood. You've had a lot of stuff stolen lately. |

| Re: The gun show No Joke... I dont know if I ever made it public that someone broke into a buddy's car that I drove 1 night to test drive, and stole 2 Glocks, Canon EOS with 300mm lens, cd book, and a bottle of Crown Royal (car was packed for a trip). They didnt touch the 1000 or so $ stereo in the car though.... I ended up buying a Kimber TLE RLII to replace them for the time being.

Figment has stuff that the vast majority of people do not. I wouldn't worry.

I'd feel perfectly safe having Figment as a neighbor.
