A lot of people give me crap, but I have worked for, taken chances and EARNED every penny and every asset I own. I don't care about your pity-me stories, get out there, work and take your own chances. Then you might earn the right to tell me what to do with MY money. (you and your not directed to anyone, but the masses of grabbers)
Yeah, I HATE socialists and every nazism that goes along with them.

Yeah, I HATE socialists and every nazism that goes along with them. | Dilemma: capitalism requires the accumulation of capital to work. Human motivation in significant part is to pass on to one's children a higher standard of living than oneself. Socialism taxes the income one earns to give to others who haven't earned it. Is inheriting money good or bad? |

One of my friends did leave a floater one time cause he was proud of it because he said it wrapped halfway around the bowl.

My friend's dad will call you out in there. He's told me he'll yell over to the next stall and tell them to quit being a dirtbag and flush the toilet.
We dropped his son off at dialysis one day, he goes in there to use the restroom, gets back in the truck and proceeds to go off |

So do inheritance taxes.
I personally have a much different view on the "rich kids"...their parents earned that money. They paid taxes on it (probably several times) I don't like that the government comes and taxes it again when it goes to the kids. Tax code around tyranny of the masses if you ask me. And I damn sure ain't a trust fund baby!

I hate most people's bathroom habits. (from no flush, to no wash after)
I hate being bored.
I hate being sick or broken.
I don't have the energy to hate a person... |

Is inheriting money good or bad? | My answer would be somewhat similar to LTL's above. Socialism's income redistribution program to steal money from those that earn it only to give it to underachievers is wrong on every level.
I also believe that taxing income of any kind is wrong, as did our founding fathers. Capitalism does not require taxing the creation of wealth (income), socialism does.
The short answer on best tax practices would be to allow all to keep every cent they earn, then only tax monies spent on product or services. That way trust-funders and earners are on the same playing field.
On a whole is inheritance bad? Absolutely not, but the attitudes, monetary values and work ethics of the stereotypical "inheritor" are. |

| Re: Official '05 Rant thread Ok, here's one for at work: People who send huge (like 500 or more page) jobs to a printer. Then, they never check on it and the printer runs out of paper. Meanwhile, my job is stuck behind it, never to be seen. And, this particular network printer is the only one that I can print to from 2 of the programs I use.
On a related note: Someone's job jams a printer and they make no effort to clear the paper jam(s). Then someone like me comes along and spends 20 minutes unjamming the damned thing! |

| Re: Official '05 Rant thread I have already had two people come to my office asking me if I'm the one that posted the sign. On a floor with roughly 30 people, why would they suspect that *I* did it? |
