| Re: Diet and weight loss LOL...I admire all you guys wanting to lose weight. I'm fat...I've always been fat, I eat garbage and when it kills me I'll be laying in my coffin with a smile on my face that says "yeah, it was worth it". |

| Re: Diet and weight loss I used to weigh 2 stone heavier until I sorted my head out, mine was comfort eating, vicious circle eat because I was fed up and bored then fizzed off with myself for junking out, what did it for me was getting back into bikes 4 years ago. When I was 16 - 18 I had bikes, I could only ever dream of owning a sportsbike and 1 piece leathers then many years on I stumbled back into bikes eureka! I could afford a set of leathers after buying my Gsxr 600 I bought some Alpinestars wow!  .The story for me is getting in those leathers and yes looking good in them (thats not a vain statement by the way its how I feel about myself) and I haven't looked back since, cycle 5x a week and eat good food. This isn't a diet its what worked for me personally.  |

  | Re: Diet and weight loss I don't 'diet' as such... I just don't eat much... and my daily exercise is walking to the garage (40m at the most) and getting my bike out

Loosing the weight no matter how little makes one feel better. Got back into training a couple of weeks ago again ( been feeling like shite for months, so couldnt train) and already I can see the difference. I like nothing better than seeing my 6pack  Well done Jane   | |
