Translator help (Scottish or Shetlandish)
I have a new Sheltie and am hunting a name for him. He is fascinated by mirrors so I was thinking reflection or mirror in Shetlandish or Scottish (I think they are related)

Something like mirror gazer depending on the translation would be cool

The Gaelic for mirror is Sgathan, reflection is the same just add "an" to the end (Sgathanan).. Hope this helps

For his ears (no he is not being trained to be a poof). They hold his ears up and together and will fall off in a couple of weeks. Kind of like when people tape a German Shepherds ears to keep them from getting broken, Shelties ears go up and fold on the top half.

He is already as fast as me except for turns and stopping. They have a very deceptive gate and can look slow while covering a lot of ground (dad says he is prancing).

No riding but if I get a motor home he might come to some races
