Think of it this way: if they had won the game and made it into the playoffs, they would've just prolonged the agony, only to lose (you did say they're losers, didn't you?) the game anyway, so consider yourself fortunate the pain they induce has now stopped (at least until next season). You have my shallowest sympathy.  |

When Philly lost to Miami last week, we were fairly sure that if they made it so far, the Eagles would be playing for the NFC Championship in the dome at St. Louis - not a good thing, as the Rams are nearly unbeatable there. Not too many people gave the Lions a glimmer of a chance to beat the Rams (Sunday)...but they did, and now Philly has home-field throughout. Thanks, Detroit! |

What a play, 4th and 24 no time on the clock - woooo! Pretty exciting. To be a Vikings fan and come out of the gates at 6 -0 and have all these interviews with the Coach and players only to lose the next 6 out of 8 games - damn, that's gotta hurt. And you GreenBay fans, you lucky cheeseheads! I'm pulling for the Cowboys just because they've come a long way since BP took over. At least the Brown's knocked the Bengals out and found a running back for next year .Just goes to show anyone can win in the NFL and be spoilers. Way to go Lions, Cardinals, Browns, etc. Playoffs are going to be fun to watch!!! |
